Do I need an appointment to tour the venue? Yes. Please message us to schedule a visit.

How many people can the venue accommodate? 200-300 guests.

Are your facilities handicap accessible? Yes, we have paved and railed pathways for accessibility.

What happens in case of bad weather or if it rains? We recommend to rent additional tenting as needed, however the majority of the guests will be seated under a structure that provides roofing in case of rainy days. For cold days we recommend to rent heaters, and for hot days rent coolers or fans.

Do you restrict vendors? No, you're welcome to choose your own providers with the exception of the security guard company.

What happens if I have to cancel or postpone my event? In the event that the Client is forced to change the date of the event, an effort will be made by PVP to transfer reservations to support the new date, but that cannot be guaranteed, additionally a new agreement must be signed that may include new terms and additional fees. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, to receive a full refund, notice of cancellation must be in writing and received before the 30 days of signing the agreement. We will refund all monies paid except the non-refundable retainer fee if cancellations is received between 31 days and up to 179 days before your event date. If your notice of cancellation is received at 180 days (6 months) prior to your event date, you will forfeit 50% of the sums paid. If your notice of cancellation is received at 30 days or less prior to your event date, you will forfeit 100% of the sums paid.
